Project

TelecomRadar.pl is a comprehensive telecom market comparison platform in Poland. It combines a massive address database from GUS (Polish Central Statistical Office) with wholesale operator data, allowing users to find available commercial operators by address and compare offers by real monthly cost. The platform supports three languages (PL, UKR, ENG) and is fully WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.

Challenge

Comparing telecom offers in Poland is difficult — promotions, free months, time-limited discounts, and activation fees make the real monthly cost significantly different from what's advertised. We needed to build a system that factors in all contract variables and shows a transparent ranking. Additionally required: an address database from GUS matched with wholesale operators, a lead system for partners, an interactive contract termination generator, an offer configurator based on user needs, a TV channel search engine, a speedtest, recurring pre-contract-end notifications — all in three languages, WCAG 2.1 AA compliant with a high contrast mode.

Solution

We are building an extensive platform in Next.js with a custom backend and admin panel. The system auto-imports databases from Excel files and operator publications, and operator representatives can add offers approved by a master admin. A custom calculator factors in the full contract value — contract length, promotional months, post-promo pricing, activation fees, router costs, and more.

Status

The project is in active development. System architecture is designed, with ongoing work on the address database, offer calculator, and admin panel. Future plans include integration with telecom operator APIs as potential partnerships develop.
